We are in the same time of life looking into this. wellll there the non natural but seems like an easier way of ozempic (I've never tried so can't give advice) or a more natural way. Hi! If they are an ACTUAL nanny - yes. If they are just a college girl or out of college and more of a babysitter I don't think you would need to. We pay our nanny every week the same amount no matter if she's sick or has taken the time off.

1. Approach to vaccines – Are they vaccine-friendly or follow the CDC schedule? If you have a specific approach you’re looking for (delayed, spaced, etc.), make sure they're aligned with it.

2. Who your child sees for sick visits – Some practices rotate between nurse practitioners and pediatricians. Are you okay seeing a NP sometimes, or do you want to always see the same doctor?

3. Same-day appointments – how easy is it to get in.

4. Office vibe & staff – culture!

5. Location & parking – traffic matters!

6. How they handle developmental concerns – Do they have in-house support or referrals for speech, OT, etc. if needed?

7. Communication preferences – Do they use a patient portal? Will they respond to questions over email or just phone?

A great tip: Schedule a meet-and-greet appointment (many practices offer these for free!) so you can get a feel for the pediatrician’s style and ask all your questions.
