@keriiskillingit Where are you located? If your located in Austin, I know all of the sororities have babysitting groups that I would join on Facebook and whatsapp. There are also a lot of facebook groups in Austin that we have found some great babysitters in, you just have to weed through some of them.

Mouth breather recs in austin txMy son is also a mouth breather, and our first dentist never brought it up but our new dentist is concerned about it. She wanted to give him a mouth device (similar to an expander) to help with it. We go to Cedar Valley Dental near Dripping Springs. Not sure where you are located!
He also sucks his thumb which doesn't help. A friend of mine recommended tooth pillow for mouth breathers, I wonder if anyone on here has tried it before.

Best reasonable jewelry brand that can get wet and lastsI will always advise buying solid gold jewelry if you can, you can actually find some great 10K or 14K pieces on Ebay or Etsy. I know Mejuri is another one, but is pricier and feels overpriced but worth checking out.

Progesterone while newly pregnant?Progesterone just brings you up to normal levels if your level is too low. It's the same ingredient your body should naturally produce, so there are no side effects or danger to the baby. I've had a few friends take it and they mentioned sometimes the pills would make them feel nauseous.

Experience with meal prep service, chef in house etc.?The hardest thing as a working mom is attempting to eat healthy, but not having any time to meal prep during the day. The last thing I want to do at 5 pm when i get home is spend all my time cooking a healthy dinner and taking that time away from being present with my kids.
Asking what's everyone doing?? Has anyone tried those meal planning services, or chefs in your house, or anyone have any recommendations?
I am looking for like 3 meals per week to be cooked and ready to go/be ready to be heated. We are really trying to eat healthy so someone who is health conscious would be a huge plus.
Located in South Austin, so anyone in west or central or south would work!

Eye lash serum ACTUALLY works?!Someone once told me its important to have prostaglandins as an ingredient for it to actually work well — like Latisse, GrandeLASH and RevitaLash.
I use Babe Lash — it's like GrandeLASH but cheaper from Costco. I know some people have side effects like dry eyes etc, but I haven't had issues yet.

Kids passport help!I have waited too long and I need to get my kids passports in less than 6 weeks. Do I still need to expedite it, and if so where do I start and are there any recommendations of places to go in Austin?
All the tips would be greatly appreciated!

Screen Time Strategy for Summerlove the grid idea @SustainableMama ! We do screen time either right when getting home from camps as "rest time" or the hour before bed. Sometimes its a fight for the hour before bed, so we made it so the TV turns off automatically at the hour mark so its not "me" turning it off.

Tummy TuckI am looking into this myself, I've had c sections so the "skin overhang" is really what I am trying to solve and I've heard there is such thing as a skin-only tummy tuck. I've heard good things about Cameron Craven (westlake derm) is a phenomenal surgeon and Dr.Sergio Maggi. Everyone who I have talked to recommended doing a minimum of 3 consultations with 3 different doctors before deciding.

Spider VeinsMine got so bad, I went to the doctor and got them removed. Most of the treatments are done right in the doctor’s office, don’t require any anesthesia, and usually take about 30 to 60 minutes.
It was honestly a pretty easy procedure!

My Kids Seeking Connection and Need IdeasI can totally relate!! Here are a few things we started incorporating that take minimal effort. **important put the phone away during special time!!!
- go on a walk and let them lead the way and choose whatever ways they want to go
- watch a show with them (cuddle and hold them, and no phones)
- color with them (this is actually very satisfying as an adult). I got an adult coloring book that I color and they use their coloring books
- Coffee shop date - I get a coffee they get a donut or special treat. We sit across from the table and chat .. again key is no phones!!!

Zoloft affecting libidoYou should speak with your doctor, as she may prescribe a different anti depressant that doesnt have that common side effect.
I have found a supplement that helps solve that problem for me (L-Arginine supplement), I am also on Lexapro though which I have had a great experience with.

Swimsuit that sucks in poochI have the same issue, and I look for any swimsuit with tummy-control swimwear (warning they are TIGHT and hard to get into, but once your in they do the job). I worked with a stylist who told me tankinis are not my friend, and to look for swimsuits with crisscross or diagonal ruching.
J Crew has some great ones with ruching, and lots of colors: J.Crew Swim Suits
