When I had my babes, I loved when friends meal prepped salads + fruit bowls. Sounds boring and simple, but OMG was it my fave healthy go-to snack situation!! Especially to aid in nursing as healthy options! The time consumption of washing fruit, finding Tupperware to store it in was a time-saver!! Just a thought

Picky eaters / Vitamin Rec’sFor my pickier kid eaters, what multivitamin / kids supplements do I really need to have them to take?? What makes the most impact?

Do you provide dinner for your babysitters?@OrangeYouGlad So I try to reach out to the sitter ahead of time and let them know the dinner plans for the kids and I send them the menu asking what they would like. There have been plenty of times when they say they will be okay without anything. And there have been times when they send me their order and I have it there for them to eat either before we leave or to eat when they are ready. Sending the text ahead of time is key, though.

Raw milk for kidsI have not personally; but when considering weaning, I met a momma at the Laura bush library who swore by it. Said it was the best choice for her 3 kiddos and mentioned she bought from the local farmers market that came to the Galleria on weekends.

Postpartum Health/FitnessOkay, during your childbirth era, postpartum etc., when did you begin working out consistently? What did it look like? How much grace did you give yourself with a new baby and how much did you pressure yourself to prioritize your physical health and fitness?
