San Diego is a great vacation for those ages! I was honestly hesitant/had no desire to go, but we ended up having the best time. There are so many activities - kayaking with sea lions, the zoo, beaches and lego land just to name a few.

It’s not necessarily a protein shake, but my kids love the active probiotics yogurt drinks and they have some protein. They drink them with zero argument, so I consider that a win.

My dog goes absolutely nuts when the doorbell rings, so I feel like it can be a little inconsiderate. My son has also been on the receiving end of a ding dong ditch and it definitely hurts his feelings bit. Not a big deal but also not the best.
