I've never tried mushrooms, but I am seeing all the hype about how Moms these days are turning to mushrooms instead of alcohol. Would love to hear others feedback, as well as where do I start?

Obviously, need a reliable source where to get them as well as the types. I don't want to hallucinate or anything!

So many of my fiends have added Chaga Mushrooms to their morning routine after working with a functional medicine doctor. What does this help with? Also looking for a functional expert to chime in on other things I could add to my routine (electrolytes, trace minerrals power pack, omegas??). What else do we need to function as a Power Mom these days lol.

How do we avoid our kids becoming brats?? We live in a nice area of. town, but I want to avoid them growing up thinking its normal to have aviator nation and lulu lemon in elementary school!! Also, my girls do WANT that stuff since all their friends have it. Has anyone successfully navigated these conversations successfully??
