What is your favorite BPA free, non toxic cookware brand for pots and pans? Caraway is great in theory but the non stick doesn't last long and I've found the grease stains are hard to clean.

I actually have done a lot of research and your good ole stainless steel pans is one of the best and cleanest out there today. I have a couple caraways, just make sure you don’t scratch them.

Non Toxic Cookware is an excellent thing to add to you Christmas list! I got a Caraway set 2 years ago. I agree with @hanginbyathread that it is hard to clean the stains. Try soaking them overnight with the Branch Basics Oxygen Boost and then scrubbing.
I also LOVE this non stick pan and use it for the tougher to clean cooking like eggs! https://flavcitycookware.com/products/tri-ply-clad-fry-pan-ceramic-interior
Another clean option that people love- https://fromourplace.com/
Make sure you have a good stainless steel pan and a cast iron skillet!

Yeah, we have a few Caraway pans too. I think they're great, but hard to clean. I'm trying to use our cast iron skillet more along with our stainless steel pans. Once you get used to it they work so great! This may sound silly, but when I use them I heat it up and set a timer for 5mins. Once that timer goes off then I know it's ready for oil/butter. Then I set another time for 4-5 mins. After that then I start cooking. It works great and they are non-stick once heated up properly.

An awesome non-toxic cookware brand is Beautiful by Drew Barrymore. It’s basically Caraway and Our Place (both great brands!) but a fraction of the cost.
Stainless steel and cast iron are always great options as well. Le Creuset and Staub are two cast iron ceramic coated brands that are classic and great!
