Love Calm brand magnesium gummies and they don't make you tired in the morning! Also like Equilibria CDB sleep gummies but they make you kind of groggy in the morning.

Sometimes I’ll take one of my kids melatonin and it’s just enough to help me doze off. I try to work out and feel like I sleep better on days that I do, but also another vote for delta 8 or 9. I prefer 9

Hi there! Would love to chat supplements! We can create a custom supplement plans and prescribe optimal relaxing/sleep enhancing supplements through our FullScript dispensary. Schedule a telehealth to speak with one of our fabulous practitioners. Another evening favorite is a relaxing in-home IV with Myers Cocktail (has a high dose of magnesium to promote rest and relaxation). Call it a date night and schedule a couples evening IV 😉 ...maybe this topic should be on the thread about how many times per week on average do you have sex?!?!

text our Austin team (512) 900-2240 with any questions!!

Also a fan of delta 9. I try and just take a little bit and that's enough. I'm curious about any of the newer drinks with adoptogens, mushrooms etc

I like the CBD from EarlyBird for sleep but also have recently tried the “calm” from Nama (order it online) that’s a CBD/THC blend and those are great!

I use Xymogen OptiMag 125 (2 per night but can go up to 4) . And One Farm Organic Hemp Extract 50mg/serving. I use about 1/4th of a dropper under my tongue before bed. I will say I started having sleep problems in my mid-30's and my fuctions medicine doctor really helped me. My hormones were off already and starting to work on those really helped my sleep.

Earlybird CBD gummies are a game changer. Went to high school with the owner they are local!
