Experience with meal prep service, chef in house etc.?

The hardest thing as a working mom is attempting to eat healthy, but not having any time to meal prep during the day. The last thing I want to do at 5 pm when i get home is spend all my time cooking a healthy dinner and taking that time away from being present with my kids.
Asking what's everyone doing?? Has anyone tried those meal planning services, or chefs in your house, or anyone have any recommendations?
I am looking for like 3 meals per week to be cooked and ready to go/be ready to be heated. We are really trying to eat healthy so someone who is health conscious would be a huge plus.
Located in South Austin, so anyone in west or central or south would work!

My advice is to not have them prep in your house. Unless you’re fine with people in your house all the time. I work from home and find it limiting bc I like to switch rooms during the day.

I use DeeDee from Perfectly Plated also! We LOVE her food and we always add on her extra chicken salad, desserts and breakfast tacos for the freezer. I bet we use her about 2 weeks per month, and on the off weeks we supplement with protein we can toss on the grill from Farmhouse Delivery (Austin female founder!!) paired with a grain + steamed veggies we can throw in the rice cooker.

I just retuned to work full time and decided I needed to have someone come help me with meal prepping 3 meals and fold/put away all laundry once a week. This person comes 4 hours every Tuesday and it is THE BEST money we spend. I just got her contact from our neighborhood group and was referred by a friend.
