Do lunches night before, set out whatever breakfast will be the night before, lay out week of clothes on Sundays so clothes are ready to go. Those are our best tips. Also, wake up before your kids.

We have a basket that fits on our stairs so for anything that needs to be taken up or down but for when we’re not going up or down immediately. Lunches night before, everyone eat the same breakfast, something that can be made assembly line style like toaster waffles with almond butter.

Everything the night before or else you’re toast. Lunches, outfits, water bottles, shoes laid out WITH socks, library books in backpack, snack in backpack etc just grab and go!!

4 under 6 over here. Wake up before your kids. You’ll be happier and nicer to your family. If you want yo be smooth you must be organized. Pack lunches the day before. water bottles in fridge. Know your quick go-to breakfasts. Have your oldest help. Teach them why time breakfast is done and time to get dressed. Build in way more time for each activity than you think you need. It gets easier one you’ve got a rhythm!
